How the Fish Cradle Works

Joneseez fish cradle hangs over the side of your kayak so when you land your fish onto it, any blood and slime drips back into the water and not into your boat or onto your clothes.
Simply open the cradle when you are ready to land your fish and then fold it back up/closed so it's not in your way when paddling.

Joneseez Kayak Fish Cradle

Designed for use in both salt and fresh water, the Fish Cradle has been designed for the kayak fisherman first and foremost and is made from water proof, rust proof, UV proof and stain proof materials that will last for years. It simply velcroes to the inside of your seat well and hinges on high quality detent hinges that snap easily between the open and closed positions. It has a 50cm laser engraved ruler on the resting face so you can measure your fish easily to determine if it's of legal size.
The cradle is 52 cm wide so can comfortably hold fish up to 55cm long and around 2-3kg in weight. Perfect for both the snapper fisherman and the trout fisherman. Maybe not ideal for those targeting giant snapper and kingis, :).

What you don't get

with a Joneseez Fish Cradle
* Really smelly hands as you don't handle the fish nearly as much.

* Fish blood and slime all over your boat and clothes as it drips back into the water.

* Fish flapping all over the kayak as they lie in the cradle instead of inside your boat.
Less smelly
Less smelly
Less handling of fish means less smelly hands and better survival of the fish if you return it to the water.
Less Bloody
Less Bloody
As the cradle hangs on the outside of the kayak, any blood and slime drips back into the water
Less waste
Less waste
Since fish are handled less, they have a better chance of survival if they are returned to fight another day.

Since the fish is lying on a cool flat surface
it will flap around and struggle a lot less
than when it is held and squeezed in a hand.
